Beta · Finavora is currently in beta. It's free while we're in this beta period.

Monarch companion · Yearly budgeting

Plan the full year with the Monarch data you already trust.

Keep Monarch for accounts, categories, and day-to-day money management. Finavora syncs that data and adds a yearly planning layer: track vs budget across the year, forecast savings, and see where you can still adjust. Plan in depth on desktop; check in quickly on your phone.

Year-long plan on your Monarch data

Model income and spending across the full year with monthly, yearly, rollover, and custom schedules, then compare against Monarch actuals.

Forecast the savings you care about

Combine month and year KPIs with cash-flow charts so you can see whether the plan still achieves your goals.

Monarch stays your source of truth

Connect once, sync categories and transactions, and keep using Monarch for banks and categorization while Finavora handles yearly planning.

Built as a companion

See where the year is heading

Monarch shows what happened and how this month looks. Finavora helps you decide what to do next: Is your savings target still realistic? Which categories are quietly using up the rest of the year? What can you shift before a big trip, taxes, or the holidays? Same Monarch data, with a companion focused on planning and course corrections across all twelve months.

Monarch

Your financial command center

  • Keeps every account, transaction, and category in one place.
  • Monthly reports and cash-flow views tied to real bank data.
  • The app you open to categorize spending and check balances.

Finavora

Yearly planning on synced data

  • Stress-test the full year against the categories you already use in Monarch.
  • Catch category drift early, while you still have room to adjust.
  • Separate must-pay costs from flexible spending when tradeoffs get tight.

Two experiences, one plan

Desktop for deep year planning. Mobile for quick check-ins.

The same Monarch sync powers both. Desktop optimizes for editing and analysis; mobile optimizes for seeing whether this month (and the rest of the year) still works.

Dense planning mode

Desktop

Edit the full-year grid, compare budget vs actual vs forecast in one place, and scan cash-flow charts without leaving the page.

Budget

Plan every category

Set monthly, yearly, rollover, or custom amounts across the full year. Past months use actuals, this month forecasts, and future months stay on budget.

Yearly rollover

Sinking funds that span the year

Track annual envelopes like medical, travel, or home projects: what is left, what is depleted, and which categories blew past the yearly cap.

Try it risk-free

Create an account and explore Finavora with demo data

New accounts start with a full year of sample budgets so you can walk every screen with realistic income, travel spikes, and yearly rollover pots before you connect Monarch. Delete the sample data in Settings whenever you are ready for your own sync.

Built to keep your data yours

Monarch has no official API. Sync reuses a pasted browser session until Monarch rejects it, then Finavora asks you to reconnect.
